From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, follow the underground (U-Bahn) signs. Take U75 towards Eller, Vennhauser Allee or U77 towards Lierenfeld Betriebshof. Check the local display for the platform. Hauptbahnhof → Handelszentrum/Moskauer Straße → Kettwiger Straße. Get off at Kettwiger Straße.

- From the Kettwiger Straße / Erkrather Straße junction, walk along Erkrather Straße towards Ronsdorfer Straße on the side where Kiefernstraße joins.
- Use the traffic lights if you need to cross.
- Past Kiefernstraße is Sonnen Herzog GmbH & Co. KG.
- Its passage to Pinienstraße is described for pedestrians only.
- Turn left on Pinienstraße and continue to number 24.
- If the passage is closed or inaccessible, use the public streets: Kiefernstraße → Fichtenstraße → Pinienstraße → number 24.
